Are you ready to kickstart the year ahead with clarity and strategic awareness?

In this webinar, Jodie will share 5 key strategies to tame your time, focus on what matters and how to harness the talent and skills of every board member to make the choices that create the future for the communities you serve.

Test your existing, or create a new, Annual Governance Calendar to map out your year ahead on a page (with a cool template provided) and see how this enables your board to get more done and focus on its governance role (not on operations).

You will learn:

  • Why a strong board calendar is not just a list of dates and times (It should be a pillar of Board efficiency)
  • How to utilize a Board calendar to distribute your Board’s workload evenly throughout the year, so you can gather your thoughts exactly when Director input is required
  • How to align the Board’s focus with key reporting and compliance dates and reduce the chance that anything important ‘slips through the cracks’.
